The Xerox WorkCentre XE80 Printer Out Performs The Competition

The Xerox WorkCentre XE80 printer is not just an ordinary printer. The greatest benefit the printer has to offer, along with laser printing, is the crisp digital copying feature. This printer offers advanced technology for your small office or your home office as a business desktop machine. The features included are most beneficial while the design is attractive but very durable. The end product is exceptional with the use of Xerox WorkCentre XE80 toner.

The WorkCentre XE80 printer has a Quick Reference Card as part of the packaging that shows in simple directions (with pictures) the set-up of the machine and all about the accessories. It also explains how to load the PC software and the toner. The setup becomes very simple with the easy to follow directions that take you from unpacking the printer to printing your first project. There is a printer cable that is included with this unit.

As soon as the Xerox WorkCentre XE80 printer cartridge is operational you can begin making copies. The settings are actually self explanatory for reducing, enlarging, and inputting the number of copies needed. The print quality is very detailed with crisp and vivid characters plus the shades of the gray scale are delicately balanced with no blemishes, streaks or unwanted spots.

The speed of this laser printer is a fast eight seconds per page and the quality of the printed material is an expected laser perfect. The resolution is 600 x 600 dpi and the printer has a quick warm up period. When copying colored text it will be translated into perfect gray scale print quality.

The capacity of the copier offers one-hundred copies at one time. In order to enlarge or reduce a print copy all that it takes is selecting a preset button or you can do it manually if you prefer at one percent increments. The percentage range of this feature runs between fifty and two-hundred percent.

There is an automatic exposure for the copies that is built into the Xerox WorkCentre XE80 printer toner, which determines the quality of the colored, darker and lighter backgrounds. This not only makes the printed material easier to read but also saves on the background filling color. The gray scale quality of the copies will come out in well balanced and finely detailed images whether they were made from black and white or from colored originals.

The copies and print jobs that can be made with the WorkCentre XE80 printer can be a variety of paper stock, card stock, envelopes, regular paper, transparencies and even labels, plus the sizes can be either letter size or legal.
